These heart patches are a perfect way to finish off a precious project. Memory Bears, blankets and many more projects. With a loving message or simply with a name and a date to honor a memory.

• These patches are hand made on my embroidery machine.
  They are 4 inch length and 4 inch width.
• They come in sew on option or iron on.
• MAXIMUM 20 word limit. If you need more words adding please order my larger heart shaped patch.
• These patches can say what ever you like.
• Please fill in the personalize box
• Please note:
  These patches DO NOT come automatically with a verse. Please state what verse you would like the patch to say.
• If you have any problems please message me.
• Double check spelling!!
• High Quality White felt is used for the back background.
• Please choose from the colour options for border and wording.
• Iron on:
  There is adhesive backing on each patch. I leave the non stick paper on the back to avoid any sticking during postage.
• Iron on instructions:                                                       
• Place material, adhesive side down, on top of project.
• Press and hold iron for 8 seconds on each section until entire piece is bonded.
• Light fabrics hold iron on for only 6 seconds.
• Thick fabrics iron for an additional 2 seconds from the back of the project.
• Allow to cool completely.
